8. Subscriptions

If you purchase a product on a subscription basis, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency and price disclosed to you before you confirm your purchase. You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing info@kiarawoman.com, at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid the next charge. We will notify you in advance of any change to your subscription price.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, the Kiara Woman Health name and logo, and design elements — is the property of ENAREY DIGITAL GROUP SL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written permission.

10. User-Generated Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photo, or video to us (including through our Ambassador Program), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish that content for marketing purposes on the Site and our social media channels, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may edit or decline to publish content that attributes disease treatment, cure, or prevention to our products.
