1. Information We Collect

Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we never store your full card number), order history, and any messages you send us (customer support, refund requests, Ambassador Program applications).

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, products viewed or added to cart, time spent on the Site, and referral source — collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 3).

Information from third parties: if you join our newsletter or apply to our Ambassador Program through Shopify Collabs, we may receive basic information from that platform (name, social handles, email).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and ship your orders, and handle returns and customer support.
  • Send you order-related communications (always) and marketing communications (only if you've opted in — newsletter, promotions).
  • Improve the Site and understand how it's used (aggregate analytics).
  • Measure and improve the performance of our advertising.
  • Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting).
  • Manage our Ambassador/affiliate program.

Legal basis (for EU/UK visitors): performance of a contract (processing your order), consent (marketing, non-essential cookies), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention, basic analytics), and legal obligation (invoicing, tax compliance).

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies (required for the Site to function — cart, session, checkout) and non-essential cookies and technologies for analytics and advertising, including:

  • Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta/Facebook/Instagram) — to measure and improve the performance of our advertising. Information such as pages viewed, items added to cart, purchases, IP address, browser data and, where available, hashed contact details (email, phone, name, address) may be sent to Meta from your browser and from our servers.
  • Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Site.
  • Klaviyo — to manage email marketing and, if you subscribe, personalize the emails we send you.

If you are a resident of California or of another U.S. state with an applicable privacy law, you can opt out of the sharing of your personal information for advertising through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the Site footer. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request. Wherever you are located, you can also control cookies through your browser settings, and manage your ad preferences directly with Meta at facebook.com/adpreferences. Declining non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to browse or purchase on the Site.

4. How We Share Your Information

We only share personal data with providers who need it to deliver services to us, including:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform and hosting provider.
  • Shopify Payments — to process payments securely.
  • Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
  • Klaviyo — to send order and marketing emails.
  • Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) and Google (Google Analytics) — to measure and deliver advertising and understand Site usage.
  • Shopify Collabs — if you participate in our Ambassador Program.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics tools such as the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and Google Analytics may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California and other U.S. state laws — see Section 6 for how to opt out.

5. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers (such as Shopify, Meta, Google, and Klaviyo) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. When this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your Privacy Rights

If you are located in the EU/EEA/UK (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@kiarawoman.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with an applicable privacy law

Depending on your state of residence, you have the right to:

  • Know what categories of personal information we collect, why, and with whom we share it.
  • Access a copy of the specific personal information we hold about you.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information — including sharing with advertising platforms such as Meta and Google for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
  • Designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

To opt out of the sharing of your information for advertising purposes, click "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the Site footer, enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, or (in the EEA) decline advertising cookies in the cookie banner. To exercise any other right, email info@kiarawoman.com with your request and state of residence. We will verify your identity before processing your request.

7. Data Retention

We retain order data for as long as necessary to comply with our tax and accounting obligations under applicable law. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent. We periodically review inactive account data for deletion when no longer needed.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption at checkout and restricted access to personal information. No system is 100% secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the version currently in effect.

When you provide your mobile phone number at checkout or through our contact form at kiarawoman.com, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Kiara Woman Health, operated by ENAREY DIGITAL GROUP SL, related to your order: order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, and customer support replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages, and never for their own marketing.
