The short version
Kiara Woman Health is a small family business based in Valencia, Spain. There are very few people behind it — if you write, you'll hear back from me.
This started because of someone at home. I spent months reading studies and comparing labels, turning bottles around and finding nothing that explained anything. "Proprietary blend." "Complex." Numbers on the front that didn't add up to the ones on the back. I wanted a product I could verify, and since I couldn't find one, I set out to make it.
I don't manufacture the product. What I do is decide who does, and I don't bend on that. Any facility I consider has to comply with 21 CFR Part 111 (cGMP). Every batch has to come with a certificate of analysis that separates the isomers, not one that reports a single combined number.
It sounds technical and dull. It is. It's also the reason some suppliers stopped replying to me.
That's why the ratio goes on the front of the pack and the full ingredient list on the back. It's the information I was looking for back when I was the one reading labels.
And the name?
Kiara is my mother's dog. She's old now, sleeps most of the day, and has no idea there's a brand named after her.
